Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped. The shipping times listed are estimates from our couriers. We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information but please be aware that additional processing time may be necessary during sale periods or holidays.

Our shipping is facilitated through NZ Post within New Zealand and DHL Express for all our International Shipping. Our partners ensure the swift, secure, and smooth delivery of your order. Before we ship anything out, each item is meticulously inspected to make sure it is in perfect condition. If, within 3 days of receiving your purchase, you discover any faults or damage resulting from shipping, delivery, or handling, please let us know at Care@meldjewellery.com.

While we make every effort to fast track deliveries, delays can occur for various reasons such as weather, courier delays, or logistical challenges. We apologise in advance for any inconveniences and will always aim to communicate any delays with your order as soon as we know about them.

Please note that Meld cannot assume responsibility for courier delays once the order has left our studio, as these are beyond our control. Unfortunately such delays do not make your order eligible for a refund, and we appreciate your understanding when making your purchases.

Additionally, Meld is not accountable for packages after they have been marked as delivered, nor for any missing, lost, or stolen packages. To avoid any issues, please make sure you are including a clear address and avoiding sending to public addresses, such as hotels.

Duties, Import Liabilities & Taxes

Additional duties or charges may be applicable upon delivery. Unfortunately Meld cannot be held accountable for these expenses. Any requests for redelivery or redirection may result in additional shipping fees; kindly contact us at Care@meldjewellery.com if you need further assistance. Meld bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to items during the delivery process.

For internationally dispatched orders, customs clearance may be necessary. This could lead to potential fees depending on the destination country. It is important to note that Meld does not cover any import liabilities imposed by the government of the destination country. We do not hold liability for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may arise. Customers are responsible for any outstanding customs duties and taxes related to their orders. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy


If you’re not happy with your order (which we hope would not be likely), we can offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note, the items should be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns or exchanges at the moment.
